I had this for lunch today and I think it is one of my new all time favorite things.My husband and I both loved it

We filled ours with Spinach leaves instead of lettuce.We use spinach leaves in place of lettuce in everything.
Greek Pitas
makes 8 sandwiches
8 oz crumbled feta
2 med tomatoes, diced
1 large cucumber, peeled and diced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c sliced, pitted black olives
3T olive oil
3T lemon juice
1t dried oregano, crushed
1t salt
1/2t black pepper
8 lettuce leaves
4 pita rounds, halved
1/2c alfalfa sprouts
In a large bowl, combine feta, tomato, cucumber, onion and olives. In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Pour dressing over vegetable mixture; toss to coat.
Place 1 lettuce leaf inside each pita pocket; fill with veggie mixture. Top with alfalfa sprouts.
