Easy Chimichangas

1 lb ground beef
1 med onion , chopped
1 clove garlic , minced
3/4 c picante sauce
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp dried oregano,crushed
1/2 tsp salt
8 flour tortillas (8in)
1/4 c melted butter
to serve:
sour cream
guacamole
Preheat oven to 475.
Cook meat w/onion and garlic-drain.
Stir in picante sauce, cumin, oregano and salt-simmer 5 min,til most liquid has absorbed.
Brush 1 side of tortillas with butter,spoon heaping 1/3 c meat into center of unbuttered side.
Fold 2 sides over filling,fold ends down.
Place seam side down in 13x9 pan.
Bake about 13 min,til golden brown.
Serve w/sour cream, guacamole and more picante sauce.
