1(12-16oz)tri-color spiral pasta
4 firm ripe seeded diced tomatoes
1(2 1/4oz)sliced black olives, drained
2 med cucumbers, peeled pulp removed and diced
1 small red onion, finely diced
1 small green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 small yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
3(1oz)pkgs dry ranch dressing mix
1(2/3oz)Italian dressing mix(prepare as directed but use only 1/2 oil called for)
1/2 c olive oil
1/3 c red wine vinegar
Cook pasta according to box.
Make Italian dressing mix according to packet(w/ 1/2 oil called for).
Mix Ranch dressing with vinegar and oil.
Drain pasta well and rinse w/cold water well,drain.
Mix all well.
Refrigerate 12 hours.
Toss before serving.
*NOTE*
You can add extra veggies-julienne carrots,blanched asparagus,radishes etc.
Add I like this too w/some feta(but I LOVE feta!!)
