1 19oz frozen cheese tortellini
1/2 c mayo
1/4 c milk
1/4 c plus shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
another 1/3 c parmasean cheese
2 Tbs lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 c torn romaine
1 c seasoned salad croutons
Halved cherry tomatoes,(opt)


Cook pasta according to pkg,drain and rinse under cold water-put in large bowl.
Mix mayo,milk,1/4 c cheese, lemon juice and garlic.

To cooled pasta-add romaine and rest of cheese.

Just before serving, drizzle w/dressing and toss.
Top w/croutons and tomatoes.
