2 (7oz) cans salmon, drained
2 Tbs mayo ,reg or low fat is fine!
2 Tbs plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 c chopped celery
2 Tbs capers
1/8 tsp pepper
lettuce leaves
Crumble salmon,remove any bones or skin.
Mix mayo, yogurt, celery, capers and pepper. Mix well and then add to salmon and toss. Serve on bed of lettuce leaf or also great on bagels!
You can also add a small splash of lemon juice and pinch of dill!
