Pineapple Cheese Salad

1 small can crushed pineapple juice
1 cup sugar
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 package lemon jello
1 small container cool whip
1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Put pineapple juice, sugar and in saucepan. Let boil, remove from heat, stir in Jello until dissolved and add cream cheese, stir until melted. Let set. Stir in cool whip, and cheese. Blend well. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Refrigerate

You can use any flavor of jello!
