2 (4 ounce) packages shredded carrots
3 (16 ounce) packages prepared cole slaw (cabbage or broccoli)
1 1/2 jars Marzetti Slaw Dressing
1 pound cooked, crisp, crumbled bacon
3 (4 ounce) packages crumbled blue cheese

Mix everything together in a very large salad bowl.

**This is a great way to serve cole slaw in a different way! I am always asked to bring this to any potluck we have at church.

OMG!!! This sounds sooooo good.

Just one question.....this sounds like it would make a huge amt......does it? Have you ever made a smaller version just for your family?

It does make a lot and yes I have cut it into half. You can adjust the dressing to your taste if you cut it into half. The blue cheese too!

Made this for Thanksgiving and people liked it. You do have to be a fan of blue cheese though as the one person here who didn't like blue cheese didn't like it. But I'll be making it again. Oh yeah....& I only did 1/3 of the recipe and it was plenty. (1 bag coleslaw mix, 1/2 jar drsg, 1 pkg blue cheese, etc)

Glad you like it!

I made it for Thanksgiving too!

And believe it or not, a couple of the kids were wanting extra blue cheese for theirs.

I do not like coleslaw, but this recipe sounds like it will change my mind! I'll be making this sometime next week!
