I saw this on my local news last night... I'm not sure if all states are included or not.

Thank you for this info. I had no idea! I wonder what they mean by price fixing? All the stores have the same prices on the higher-end makeup, like Guerlain, Estee Lauder, Clinique, Chanel, etc. They have done this forever and they still do it. There are no bargains.

sooo- since I bought something from Macys in that time period, I can go in there now and ask for one of the products listed? Like I bought perfume from there- so now i can go in and ask for a free one .. on Jan 20th?

Clinique is the only brand I have bought. I guess they are considered Estee Lauder Companies? You have to have bought from one of the brands listed. Then you can choose one from one of the products listed to get free.

LOL! I can't afford to buy it anymore, but in my working days (within the time period on the class action suit) I always used to but the Lancome mascara. I can't wait, this will be such a treat...
