I filled it all out but didn't realize that you need a reciept/proof of purchase which they ask for after all your information is input. Guess that means I won't be getting one.

I did it a few times ago and even though it says that I still got mine with out Proof of any purchase.

Last time I did it without the reciept and got them no problem too. That is the only reason I did this one.
