Publix grocery store offers this book to with there baby club membership for free.. I just recieved mine the other day.. its fulls of great info.. and its a big book!!!

I got one a few years ago, it is a nice big book (like a phonebook) I think it was put together by the Mayo Clinic

Remember this one? I got mine this week (I am not a policy holder). It's really great! Kudos to State Farm for doing this. My dad's been with them for years. Too bad their rates in my state are too high.
