This might be an inexpensive, convienent way for people to go. I noticed their meal plan on a package of their bars and I thought it looked reasonable. I found this on their web site (for a 150 pound person):
Breakfast: Choose a delicious Slim·Fast Meal On-The-Go
Lunch: Combine a Slim·Fast Meal On-The-Go with 200 Calories of your favorite healthy foods
Dinner: Eat a Sensible Meal of approximately 500 Calories
Fruits/Vegetables: Include 4 servings a day
Snack: Select (1) 120-Calorie nourishing food choice for a between meal snac
