i contacted them and the first email they sent to me said they didn;t have any coupons or samples available and then in the mail the other day i received 2 1.00 coupons for any size any kind of general mills product. not much but its a huge help when it comes to buying cereal.

YEAH!!! I got stuff...from them too.. I think if you read on the bottom they are good for ANY general mills product so maybe you could get Gold Medal flour for almost free.

That's cool. I contacted Birds Eye vegetables and they sent me 1 coupon for a free product and then like 5 25cents off coupons....
