I know I sound like a nasty shasty, but I knew it was only a matter of time before the spin doctors got going. Sure, kill my animals and start offering services to bring customers back. Have you changed your procedures to test the food? IAMS sent me an email, and if I sign up for this new panel I get free pet food. I blasted them. Losing a pet (or 2, in my case), is a sensitive issue, and they should have cross referenced this marketing trick email to the list of those who reported sick or dead animals. I also once again asked what they are going to do about my dead persians and the bills. Very crass on their part (with IAMS, you don't go thru Menu Foods - they are doing it all themselves - doing what? Well, nothing so far, except take the info by phone).

To date, I have heard no response.

I am sorry bout the loss of your pets. As I read it, I realized that the story sounded familiar. Then it hit me...She is on another one of my boards!!
