Did anyone else sign up to get sample of coffee's etc?? I got an email from them today that was kinda rude saying "were your intentions to gather others to learn about us?" and then wrote this:

Recently, the kits were prominently advertised by free-stuff websites all across the internet. While we usually receive one request a day, we received over 7500 in a period of a couple days. We are a small fair trade organization and are unable to handle this number of requests. Therefore we have recently removed the program from our website.

The whole email itself almost made me feel guilty for signing up for it.

Wow. That's the second company I've seen do this. They have every right to limit things, but they should know with the wide reach of the internet, they would get so many responses. I guess it's better than totally disregarding you, though.

Like many things, I think some people take advantage and spoil it for the rest of us.

But a lot of the freebies I see posted here and other places I pass on b/c they are for businesses or something like that, and I don't want to take advantage of it.
