i bought the 100oz tide with febreeze scent...its awful! my hub even asked "did someone puke on my clothes?"

so i emailed them, not even thinking about anything - just to complain and all i said was "the new tide with febreeze smells awful! can i send back the rest and get some normal smelling tide?"

well they just sent me 2 coupons for 5.00 off each bottle! yeah!

I had purchased a 340oz Tide with Downey and found out my daughter is allergic to it. I called to let them know and they sent me a coupon for a free bottle too! I think they are awesome!

Yes P&G is a Great Company -I have had a Problem with Folgers Coffee - and with Downey - and both times they sent me Free Item Coupons.

I spend so Much on Groceries and Cleaning Stuff - I Dont feel One Ounce Bad or Guilty if I Complain.
Like For the 1000 Bottles Of Downey I Bought and then One time - I thought the Liquid looked way too Liquedy... I could've let it go - But Darnint - I spent 8.00 On the Bottle I just had to Complain.

Which Tide Febreeze didn't You Like????

I Love all the Scents!! I wonder if it was a Bad Batch ??

That is cool that they took care of you! One time we bought a prepackaged snack (I can't remember what it has been years!) and it was supposed to be like 12 in there and there was only 10! We called and they sent us several coupons for free items!
