I LOVE the Spray n Wash Dual Power stain treatment and for some reason got a really funky bottle of it last time I bought it. The bottle leaks and I think I've wasted more than half of it just trying to use it. So anyway, I finally emailed the company and got a really nice letter in response that said they were sending out coupons for complementary products. I can't wait to see what I get! I hope its just for a free bottle of the Dual Power to replace my dysfunctional bottle, but we'll see!
