okay I have some info. I just spent 30 min. on the phone with verizon. it is only or those with a plan that is 34.99 or greater per month. it of course doesn't say that anywhere. I almost got an even better deal than the one posted. CSR was going to give me 50 free min per month for 6 months instead of the 100 for 60 days. not sure why , CSR had a lot of problems trying to find offer. in the end it wouldn't let him do it and said you need to have a plan that costs 34.99 per month or greater. my plan is under that. I told dh he needed to complain and maybe we could have gotten something. oh well, hope this helps.
