so of those of you getting this, will you actually have a rally? are you then going to lie about event for the survey? if you don't have rally are you going to just keep it for yourself. not trying to cause trouble but I don't feel right about taking stuff without rally. It sounds like they REALLY expect you to have a rally. I'm going to bring mine info to school and see what PTA pres thinks. I think I'll sign up first and then see what school thinks.

thats what I finally figured out also. now I can't remember my ID # for PTA. I have no clue where the card is either.
