I got this email today from True Lemon- my packets were cakey.... I emailed them. here's the info:

Last month we received a ton of True Lemon and True Lime recipes and how-to-use tips from you that we decided to devote this newsletter primarily to sharing your recipes and uses. We hope everyone enjoys them! We are constantly amazed at how versatile you are showing True Lemon and True Lime to be!

Finally, we are selling through several batches of True Lemon that might have some packets that have become cakey since they've left our warehouse. This issue has been corrected as we have strengthened our packets, added new Quality Assurance processes and refined existing ones. While you can still use True Lemon if it is cakey, providing our customers with the best product possible is our first priority. If you have bought a box of True Lemon that has packets which don't flow freely, please call us toll-free at 866-885-3666 or email us at customercare@truelemon.com for replacement packets. We sincerely mean it when we say we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with every True Lemon and True Lime purchase.

What is it? How do you use it? Is this like the lemon juice that comes in a container shaped like a lemon?

My sample that I got were all cakey. I just thought I left it in my cupboard too long and it was just so humid...

It does taste pretty good in hot tea..
