My printer didn't print the colors very well and I can not read the address to send in the rebate form..I can see it is a PO Box and maybe in MN but that is all. Anyone care to post the address and the requirements? Original form (The one I can't read well) and the sales slip. Right? Thanks for the help. I love this site.. Lori
