Thanks! Does anyone know what is meant by department store mascara?? Does that mean it needs to be Clinique or Lancome type or can it be Max Factor??

I would assume it means mascara that is sold in any store.
Well we'll see. I sent them a Mary Kay mascara and thats not sold in stores. I figured if I'm sending them any mascara they want to sell you covergirls so I think they should send it to me.

I think they just want stuff thats sold in dept stores, such as what you said including MAC...the high end stuff.

Its too bad I dont have any, cause I dont spend a lot on mascara!

They mean Department store make up counters. Not stuff like Loreal or Maybelline. Oh well.

They want me to send them my mascara so that I can wait 8-10 weeks for them to send me a new one? And until then, what? I need to buy another? I'm thinking that someone didn't think that plan thru all the way....Mascara and eyeliner are the only makeup that I wear on a daily basis. I think I'd be lost without it. Hmm....
