You can get your car towed if you’re feeling too tipsy.
And for once that’s a good thing.
That’s because AAA is once again offering its Tipsy Tow service
for people who might have had too much to drink.
People can catch a ride home and have their car towed for free
up to 10 miles. A maximum of two people can ride in the truck.
The service runs now through 11:59 p.m. January 1.
The number to request Tipsy Tow is (800) 222-4357.
The service is restricted to the driver’s residence. Drivers can expect
to pay the rate charged by the tow truck contractor for rides beyond
10 miles.
This is wonderful!! Speaking from a person that has been hit head on by a drunk driver, this is a very good idea!!!
