I've received quite a few of the items I've signed up for, but the gift cards never come for me, either. I'm going to take a look at the water website, though!! I want a laugh!!

The Nutrisystem sample. Scam. No wonder they've gotten into trouble before. I got an email saying that to get the sample, I have to answer more questions, and I have to call a 1800 number to talk to a counselor to do so.

So, basically, they will give you a hard sell and want to refer you to a counselor in your area for a hard sell. No thank you. As I told them, any company that deceives like that up front is no company I want to do business with, as that tells me deception is the way they do business. See...if I had gotten the sample, as promised, I would have put them in my consideration file.

Update 2/12: They responded to my email stating that they ask you to call the 800 # so they can ensure that the info you input for your address, etc. is accurate. Right....I like to put inaccurate info in forms like that...NOT. Anyway, they said that my sample is on the way.

Update 2/25: I did receive the sample, after I sent them an email stating my opinion of how they handled the "free sample" thing. It is decent...sounds like they simply want to see if you are a serious potential customer or just someone who collects freebies. But note I did not have to call the 800#.

I recieved the free Nutrisystem sample and they didn't have me answere any additional questions. They sent me a lasagna, side cup, and a energy bar.

I got the nutrisystem sample fast from the time I ordered it. I couldn't believe how good it was and that they actually sent it.
I did get the email that asked for more info. I just ignored it and they sent the food anyway.

I got mine today, too, via UPS. I got the email requesting more information and I ignored it, too. Really shocked at how quickly it came. They also include an offer for $50 off in addition to the "free" two weeks you get if you sign up.
