I have signed up for enfamil, pampers, luvs, huggies, gerber, & got the juicy juice cup (great freebie). Forgot about beechnut & Earths best!

Just checked my messages, thanks so much for the the list! And thank you guys for all the help! Maybe I will be getting more stuff after the baby is born. Hope so!
I know it seems like you will never get stuff - but you will. Right around your due date the samples, coupons, freebies, signups will all start pouring in. Also - check out parents choice for formula if you aren't going to breast feed. Walmart makes it and it is half the cost of the other stuff and because of the strict FDA regulations it is the same contents. They also do samples.

Hope this helps!

visit all of the diaper companies online and sign up. sign up at gerber and the formula companies. also make a target registry, even if you register elsewhere. they send baby coupons throughout the 1st year.

i do kind of get offended at ppl who assume that free formula samples are the evil of the world. yes i am aware of the marketing schemes that drive the samples and checks that formula companies distribute. but for those like me, who could not biologically breastfeed, the checks and samples saved us hundreds $. beyond that, although i feel that breastfeeding is best for baby, ultimately it is up to each family. my son is very bright, healthy, and active. so anyone should feel no remorse about getting formula from the hospital, even if you are breastfeding. if your sanity is better by allowing your mate to feed the baby a bottle of formula once in a while, then feel no guilt.

Enfamil will send you lots in the beginning, just go to their website, I got several cans free and coupons. What I dont like about them as much is that they send you so many in the beginning when a lot of people dont need them b/c they are breastfeeding and then they stop sending them. I think I read somewhere they have a limit of $60 in checks they send. I even tried to sign up my mom and mil but all they got was NextStep coupons. Similac at least sent a lot more coupons and you can use theirs on the toddler formula or regular ones. But since I was using Enfamil, I just gave those away.

Also as other people mentioned, be sure to ask your doctor. My gives me some everytime we go.

i've gotten lots of free formula from nestle, smilac and enfamil using thier coupans (after baby is born). glad my hospital isn't certified baby friendly because this kid will be on formula. unfortunatly pediatrician has strated all my babies on formula in hospital due to very low milk. i do manage to do little bit of breastfeeding though. check and see if you are elgible for the federal program of WIC because if you go with formula they will give you some every month for free.

Also.....I signed up with my name for the formula, ...enfamil. About 3 -4 weeks later, I signed up my husband's name with the same address. I received double of the supply and coupons, as they actually did send it to me AND my husband. Also, ask your neighbors, parents, friends, etc...if you can sign them up too. You can use their address, name and ask them to give you the formula and coupons. This may seem decietful, and I guess it is. However, they did not "have" to send it twice to us. However, they did. Also, drug reps have tons and tons of formula to give away, so my thoughts are that they can afford to send a few cans to people who do not have access to an aunt or uncle who is a drug rep. They don't "have" to give away the formula and coupons, but they "choose" to. So, I say, take advantage of that. You can do the same with Gerber, Nature's Goodness, Huggies, Pampers, etc.....They can simply give you the coupons that come in the mail to them. I think you have to use a different email address though. ---can create hotmail, yahoo, etc....

I guess sometimes this works and sometimes it doesnt though. Like I said, I tried signing up my mom and mother in law and they didnt get anything until recently (my baby is 10 months) and it was just the toddler formula coupons.

But a friend of mine's mom signed up and got stuff from the beginning. Who knows?

Also I got most of my coupons from the packets of magazines and samples they gave us at baby classes if you took those and there were some in my room at the hospital too.
