"WHALE" ...we have a little emergency. I don't have a website for this, but if you call your local hospital you can see if they participate. They supply you with an energency sticker for windows and carseats to let first responders know there is emergency contact information card about the child in case of accident located on the back of the carseat. This helps so they know the child's name, age, birthday or person to take care of them in the event that parent driving is not able. My hospital mailed me out several packets free. I thought this is similar to the ICE sticker.
