I was trying out a site on the Frogpond for my daughter called Studyjams, with a free trial offer. I went to the site today to cancel my membership. Under "help", then "subscriptions", the customer service # they have listed to call to cancel the membership was # for an adult chat line. I called them on a different # listed under "contact us" and let them know. They said they are investigating it. I also let Bzz know...they are also investigating. Just wanted to let you all know in case you have your kids on the site.

I tried to sign up for Study Jams and it said it was busy and couln't do it. Thanks for the heads up.
