For those of you that have used MyPoints in the past, what has been your experience? Did you actually get the giftcards when you requested them? How long did they take to get to you? If there are problems with the giftcards, is there a Customer Service department to help you out?

I just start MyPoints in January so I have never ordered a gift card. I was wondering the same thing about the gift cards and the process. I also wonder with Bzz coming to MyPoints will it get harder to order gift cards?

I have been using MyPoints for about 2 years now and haven't had a problem. Most of my Christmas and birthday shopping has been done with the gift cards. They take about 2 weeks or so for me to get them after requesting them. I haven't had a problem using them either. I mostly get Target, WalMart or Home Depot cards. Currently I have been ordering the Home Depot cards because we are doing some home improvements. I am not sure about the Bzz yet, I will have to check that out.

I love Mypoints. I have gotten about $70 in gift cards and I have never had a problem with them at all. They come pretty promptly. I get them for different stores. I love mypoints.

I have been using mypoints for awhile and love it. It helps so much with christmas shopping!!! They send them within a few weeks and it is so easy to redeem!! I have made several hundred dollars in giftcards!! I love it!

I love mypoints, I have gotten a $100 in gc so far and they come faily quickly, a couple of weeks. No problem redeeming them or anything. I am soooo glad that Bzz is going to mypoints. I will have to start doing more bzzing....lol

I've been doing MyPoints for a long time and I've never had an issue with getting my gift cards. My husband uses it too and recently got a $50 gas card. Didn't pay for a full tank but it sure helped keep the gas budget for the month reasonable.

I have found MyPoints very easy to use and I mainly just get points by clicking through on the emails. We rarely buy stuff online but when we do, I try to remember to see if we can go through MyPoints first.

I just signed up with BzzzAgent yesterday so I'm curious to see how that goes.

I have used My Points for a couple of years. I love them! The last time I ordered a gift card it came in less than a week! I've never had a problem. I am SO glad that they connected with BzzAgent!

Finally a SAHM and trying to be FRUGAL!

I've only been actively involved in mypoints for less that a year and I've gotten all of my gift cards I ordered in a timely fashion and without problems.
