Everytime I try to do this it says one or more fields were missing or incomplete and I have filled it all out.

I tried it as well. I used the google fill in bar and got the same message. When I took everything out and actually typed in all in it went through fine! I have noticed that sometimes the fill in doesnt always work! Good luck!
