Ive been racking up points from these guys with hopes to cash in right before my anniversary next month. Well its been weeks and my pending points havent stopped pending. UURR. I contacted them with my issues and they say "Your points will stop pending Aug.24th. It takes up to 30 days to go through." Its been 3 weeks and another 4 weeks to go? My anniversary is on Aug.28th. How is that gonna help me? Anyone else have any issues with these guys? On top of this, I havent had any campaigns in a while either. Do they use it against you if you turn down a campaign? I turned down the plum american express card. I dont need anymore cards. ???
Any thoughts ladies?

Your points will become available soon. I had the same problem with over 1,000 points and they are good to go now. It took a month or so.

I also have not had any new bzz. It bites. Hopefully things will get better soon.

Yea same here, I haven't had a Bzz Agent Campaign since "The word of mouth II" Yaaaaaaaaaawn.
I also have a little over 700 points pending with MyPoints not to mention the 2000 points they promised if I made a purchase with Lancome (which I did) that hasn't even made it to "Pending" yet. I'd purchase more from their sponsors if I knew for sure I'd get the points. But until I get those 2000 points from Lancome I'm not making anymore purchases.

Instant gratification has it's ups and downs, don't it.

From what I understand mypoints keep your points pending for 30 - 60 days to make sure you don't return items purchased as their standard policy. Now with Bzzagent we aren't purchasing items we are earning points through completed surveys etc. So it seems like it is a glich in the system since we arern't traditional Mypoint earners. I have noticed a 30 day pending period on all my points.

I was beginning to think also that bzz holds declining a campaign against you since I declined the plum card, word or mouth book and norelco razor you had to pay for. Since then I wasn't opffered the Zapit or Science Diet campaigns, but I did just get the scrubbing bubbles one today.

I still can't find a rhyme or reason for who gets campaigns and when. I am level 5 with early invites and 2 golden keys and still don't get offered some campaigns I see posted here. I haven't figured out when or how to use my golden keys either.

I had a golden key offer the other day for Science Diet, I don't have a dog. I did not take it. I did get the Scrubbing Bubbles, Teddie Graham Trail Mix and I am still in the Word of Mouth. I hope to see a few more soon.

Most of my points have taken 30 days to come out of pending. I was also wondering if turning down campaigns hurt you. I turned down the Word of Mouth Manual and also a game system. You had to pay $75 for the console and it really did not interest me enough to spend the money. Have not got a campaign offer since. Campaigns do sometimes take awhile to come around and I am only a stage 2 agent.

I accepted everything they have offered since I have become an agent and the last thing I had gotten was the plum card campaign until I just got an early invite to the scrubbing bubbles. I was beginning to think they wouldnt give me any because I had accepted to many. I feel better hearing many others have had a dry spell as well. I dont feel so much like it is me.

I just recently started getting campaigns again. It had been over 2 years since I was last offered a campaign. I ended up emailing them and asking them what was going on, but they said to just keep visiting the site and I would eventually be offered a campaign. I did and I have been offered a couple campaigns. It was really very frustrating seeing everyone else get campaigns when I was the one that first introduced Bzzagent to Mommysavers .
