I found this site last night while preparing for this week's unit on apples. Its for the Wisconsin Apple Growers Association and has great downloads for apple related activities. I was excited to find a detailed biography of Johnny Appleseed, since he will be the center of our activities on Wednesday.

http://www.teach-nology.com/printables/

Each has a variety of items on a variety of topics. You'll just have to explore the sites to see if there is anything that interests you.
