I bought a bottle of Flintstones and of course no one likes the way they taste. I do try and give them to them more during the school season since they are around more germs and what not. But even than, one bottle will last us at least a year-I am lucky if I remember to do vitamins once a week for them.

I give my boys a multi vitamin every day. I usually buy them in bulk at Sam's or the Walmart brand, whichever is cheaper.

My one Ds9 takes meds every day for allergies and asthma so it's easy to remember to put out a vitamin for all three boys when I set out his meds each day.

FWIW, I take a multi vitamin each day and some extra vitamin C. My dh does the same.

they take regular vitamin supplements (flintstones and my youngest, because of her weight, takes a vitamin with iron supplemented in it).
