when you realize what grade your child is giong into? I was looking at the supply list for the boys' new school and clicked on the Kindergarten supply list, even though I have one going into 1st and one into 2nd . It kind of hit me today that it won't be too long before ds #1 is in middle school . Where did the time go?

I'm like that with my 4 younger siblings. I'm 6 years old than the next and 12 years older than the youngest. My one sister is now going into grade 11, and my next sister graduated grade 8. It seems like I was just in grade 11 yesterday, so it is so weird to know that that is how old she is.

I find my fiance doesn't understand, but his sister is only 3 years younger. He doesn't remember her being a little baby still in the hospital, so it's not a shock for him to see her in university and growing up.

My oldest is going into 3rd grade, my middle is going into 2nd and my baby is starting preschool! Where did the time go?? I remember just a few short years ago being excited my oldest was going into preschool. Hmmmmm....

As a side note, my oldest is getting braces this year!! We just went for her first fittings today, they took her molds and put in spacers. She goes back in 2 weeks and they'll start putting in the braces for the expanders and take more molds. Can you believe it?????

Wait until you get to the point of realizing your oldest is already a year out of school!!! It is a complete shock to realize I am already this old! LOL I have been raising my babies my entire adult life...and come next year, everyone will either be in school...or already out!!

I still can't believe that my dd is going into 4th grade! It seems just like yesterday that she was starting kindergarten.

My oldest needs to see the orthodontist this year for his underbite and teeth. The last time we were at the dentist he told me to wait until the next cleaning to get a referal, which is coming up soon. I know my bank account is going to go into shock .

I know how you feel. Mine are going into 6th and 10th and my oldest just started driving. she has her learner's permit. Talk about old!!!

I'm having a hard time with the all day kindergarten deal. I still have another baby at home but it will be hard to let her go until 2:30pm!
