Some days more than others

I am very nervous next week about having everyone home with me alone I should say babysitting kids as well. I dont know how well I will be walking, I know we wont be going anywhere AND our yard is torn up from us having a new garage built

Noooo! We love summer vacation around here! We never want it to end!

No, I'm not ready either, we haven't got to go swimming nearly as much as I had hoped. I'm really gonna miss DS when school starts, he'll be going full time(1st grade) I'm not gonna know what to do with myself!!

Not yet. With the 4th coming up we'll love having dh home and that takes the pressure off of me a lot.

Then next week I have my annual Dr. Visit that I secured a babysitter for early so I can just be by myself for a few hours beforehand.

Then the week after ds is in Zoo camp all week, all day.

Then the next week ds has swim lessons and some playdates

Then the next weekend we're going to PEI for 10 days.

The week after that school's back in.

So not yet! Ask me in about 2 weeks though when camp is through and I have to get ds up early for swim lessons. That always makes for such a long day.

At moments I am but I do enjoy having my five year old home. We went to the library, swam in the pool and planted a small veggie garden today! I got to sleep until 7am, too.

I am so ready for school to start!!! The kids are bored stiff. They do have a summer program for 2 weeks at the end of the month beginning of Aug.

I couldn't agree more! I LOVE summer! I see parents complain about it all the time but I will never understand what isn't to like about it. There is nothing I like more than having our days open to do whatever we please. The pools, beaches, parks, summer festivals, amusement parks, zoos, etc. I wish it was longer so we had more time to do everything. I enjoy every day so much! It doesn't hurt that our weather has been fabulous!

At times. Surprisingly they have been pretty good.
