Ok, I am still looking for a 'sport' for ds, but I really like the idea of swimming. Although, ds hasn't taken swimming lessons yet (he had no interest until this year). But he is signed up and starts in two weeks. I think that if he enjoys it, we will just continue to send him through the fall/winter! So thanks Oregano, - and everyone - for their great suggestions!

Now to the question - Are anyone's children involved with Tai Chi Chun?! I pretty much eliminated Tae Kwon Do out for now until ds is older. But I think Tai Chi might give him the stretching/exercise that would be great for him.

But do kids do Tai Chi?!

Thanks!!

Personally, I love Tai Chi but there is no good practioner / teacher in my area. I miss it. Consider it a more active form of yoga, which is VERY popular among kids now a days.
