I am not ready at all. No supplies bought yet. I did get a few school clothing items, but I will need more.
One daughter is homeschooled, so that means lots of driving around. Band class, library.
I think school starts Sept 2.

I don't have school supplies but I'm ready for her to leave this house for a few hours! The problem is, I have to wait until 2:30 instead of 11:30 to pick her up She is more than ready to go. I plan to start the countdown calendar for her when we get back from our VT trip. Our school starts Aug 20th.

We aren't ready here yet either. I put them in rec camp this summer so they have really been busy all summer between that and hanging at my mom's pool. Its been nice. I orginally put them in to make sure they weren't BORED this summer and for 'day care' while I worked. They have really enjoyed it, BUT they havn't really had much of a summer with both dh and I working, dh is out of town.

They finish camp Aug 1, then go back to school Aug 28. THAT will be thier summer, so I might be singing a diffrent tune by then! LOL

Actually now I am not! The boys are going to the summer program right now so they are already at school quite a bit! I am ready to go back to work though simply because I need the money! (not despartely, but it will be nice). Ask me again about Aug 10th or so. (summer program ends Aug 7)

This week things are pretty pleasant at my house right now, my oldest DD is the drama queen of our family, she is at basketball camp this week and when I pick her up at 4 pm she is too tired to start any problems. Next week will be a whole different story.

And we have 6 weeks to go.

I love my kids to bits but they need space from each other!
