I voted yes since some children have no one that cares about them to talk and offer these things to them.

I put yes, really kids are having sex no matter what, so at least they can get some protection.

i put no. there's a lot of Planned Parenthoods around that will sell you a condom for a quarter. if you don't have that kind of pocket change, you don't need to have sex. i guess in areas where this isn't an option, i'd reconsider.

yes, i know some people who don't have money will still have sex without a condom, but it's hard to feel bad if they've been told their options.

I don't think they should be passed out, but I think alongside sex ed. they should have them available for those children whose parents are lacking in that department.

While I think that anyone having sex should have access to birth control, I do not think it should be left up to the high school. It puts too much responsibility on them.

I say no. Planned Parenthood is also an option without parental consent, but I don't feel schools should hand out condoms - I'm already less than thrilled with their sex ed. Besides, a condom used improperly isn't much good, and if kids start getting knocked up with school condoms, there's going to be a lawsuit somewhere.

No, that is not the responsibility of the school.
