I have bought a few small kit thingy-ma-bobs that have uncovered chipboard cut outs.........how do you cover them? Surely their is some trick to not making them look like a disaster.

You can paint them, stamp them, cover them with patterned paper and use a craft knife to cut out the detail.

I use glitter to cover mine! Just put on the glue (I use the blue zig glue) and sprinkle on the glitter; works well with velvet flocking too.

To cover with paper trace your chipboard shape on the paper first then cut it out and apply to the chipboard with adhesive.
