-Do you any Christmas gifts that you have altered?

I want to alter some frames with scrapbooking paper wrapped around it and mod-podged.
-Possibly for my sister.

That's a cute idea. I'm going to try to make coasters again (the first time didn't go as planned)

I agree, that's a cute idea. I made one for a baby shower awhile back. They have some plain wood frames at Michael's for like $1 and then I actually just painted it and used some wooden letters (sold by the frames) to spell the baby's name and added a bow and some other embellies. The mom loved it!
