How about a technique day? You would have a certain type to try each week, such as paper tearing or sanding. Maybe the moderators could each take a turn each week and teach or reteach us how to do some of these things.

how would these challenges be done? would you post Mondays challenge and then it was due on the next monday or is it due that evening? I have done them both ways and really like the post on Monday due the next Monday, then post on Tuesday and due the next Tuesday. this might be easier for people who work outside the home during the week to still be able to do them. JMO

Don't think anyone mentioned this but what about one day only using saved scraps. You can use a new piece of paper for the background but everything on the page has to be leftovers. I have enough to do several months worth.
