I dont know if you want to do it for every one of the invitations you get but if you have some special ones that you want to do special, you can buy some pretty cardstock and some envelopes and stamp a pretty little design on the front of the card stock and fold it in two and make little note cards that they can use and maybe even put a pretty little design on the front of the envelope. These make very pretty personal note cards. After you make the cards and envelopes put them in a stack and tye a pretty ribbon around them to hold together. This is an inexpensive gift and something that you can make very personal.
