I didn't realize that i was in swap 13, i thought i started up again in swap 14?? is it too late to send in my cards once they are done?

It isn't too late to mail #13( Halloween) I am still waiting on a few sets yet.!!!

Deadline Sept 21st You need to have them done and in the mail to me by this date.(Don't forget to add money for postage)
