Card Swap #13----HALLOWEEN

We are starting to think about #13. Some of you want to be able to make the cards and send them at the same time as #12.(which is fine and a great idea)
But I just wanted to state that we are not rushing anyone. If you want to do both swaps at the same time you go for it girl, but if you want to only do one that is fine too. We are going to start to make the list for Swap #13 I will make the final list in a few days.

We will shoot the cards to be done for a Aug 25th deadline for this one.... If you get them done at the same time as #12's cards you can send them at the same time. But swap #13 will not be due until the end of next week.

This is the first time that we have done it this way so lets see how it goes.

So who else wants to join #13? Do all the ladies from #12--fall want to do Halloween ones too? Let me know so I can add you to the list.....

I'm not being ugly, but how far behind are we on receiving the swaps we've joined and completed? I still have not received the bookmark swap and that was four swaps ago from #13. I hate to send still more cards with everyone still not having their other swaps back. Some people are starting to get "iffy" about joining because they haven't received any cards in return yet.

Martha I just wanted to let you and everyone again know that I finally received all the cards and book marks. And I had my dh put them in the mail. I had to just call him and ask him if he did. And he said he did. So you should be getting them here soon.... I am sorry for my delay after I got them all. I had a few heath issues with my mil but we are back on track now.

Just to clarify, I in no way thought Kim (brighteyes) was being dishonest about any of the swaps!!! I was just wondering if they had been received and mailed because it gets confusing (and sometimes discouraging) when ladies keep completing swap #'s and not receiving anything in the mail. I didn't want anyone so confused or discouraged that they quit us because I enjoy the card swaps and enjoy seeing everyone's ideas. I TOTALLY trust Kim...I participated in 1-9 and took a break for 10 and 11...but I always got my cards. I think she's doing a great job and appreciate it.

Thanks Martha... I totally understand being discouraged I have been in the scrap swap that was "lost". I am here for you all. I want to take care of you all, it is great to see new people in these groups. Like I said I was waiting for a few sets of cards/bookmarks for a while than my mil was having health issues. So that is why there has been a delay. We are ready to roll now and the fall and halloween ones should flow easy.

I know you all are great women and would like to take this time to thank you all for the kind words and even little thank you gifts & cards I have received.
You guys are great that is why I love doing this....(well you make great cards too... )


So lets make some more cards......
