I had a Stampin' Up workshop yesterday. We made another of those 6x6 books like I posted the other day. Anyways, I invited this girl I knew during high school. (I talked to her through myspace every now and then.) She was here until 9:00 PM last night! She decided she has a new addiction. We went to Big Lots, JoAnn's, and Hobby Lobby so she could buy her basics and then we came back and made some cards. My SU demonstrator is having another workshop of her own next Saturday (we're making ANOTHER 6x6 book) and Leslie's going w/me! I'm so excited! I have a real, live person to share my addiction with - and she doesn't live in the computer! She can come to my house! Can you tell I'm excited?

That is great! I have one person I know of in the area that scraps and she is my babysitter during the day when I am at work. So when I get home she is gone already and she is one that never wants to be away from her dh if he is home. So I never get to scrap with her! I am so glad that you found someone to scrap with! I am JEALOUS!!

I have a couple of friends that scrap the thing tho is that we are all on diff scheds!!

Im planning on tring to find a frida night to go scrappin with 1 of them!! she is the mom of one of Cass friends!!

How great for you--I would love to do that--I met a girl in Hobby lobby that is about 40 min from me that goes to these huge retreats and they have crops every month, but my dh is so jealous of everything he said no , cause she said it sometimes goes on till midnite.

I really need to make some scrappin' friends. I have one friend who likes to, but she swears she's no good at it (she does great, she was just beginning and wanted hers to look like someone's who had been scrapping for years!). She also has very little room to store her stuff...so she has to drag it out of her closet when she wants to scrap and it's just a hassle for her. I have another friend that started scrapping, but I just don't think she's into it much. Since those are my only two fairly close friends...well...I guess I should try and broaden my horizons!
