I went to a Stampin' UP! class last night and learned how to make this little tote for cards. You can use this idea to go along with Jennifer's gift idea and make sets!!

this is really cute. You have to share how you made it. Was it a premade bag and you just dressed it up? I like this idea with the cards that Jennifer was talking about.

You have to share how you made it!!!

Okay, do you fold 1/3 the way down on each side of the long way....and then cut on ech fold, about 1 inch in...and then fold over the flaps left, and glue shut??(stay with me here..I'm just sorting this in my head!) Then add the handle and decoration? Also, I am thinking if you folded a bit "off" of this, you could make a flap over to shut it??? This is adorable.

You can't fold off anywhere or you'll not have room for the cards inside...it just does hold a 3.5x5 card. You CAN, however, attach a flap to it if you wish. The bag itself is simply a single piece of 8.5x11 card stock folded with four tiny cuts in the right locations. Here is the template for the bag:

Geeze, that's huge...but you'll be able to get a good idea of where to fold and cut.

That Bag is really cute! Here is another idea for a note card holder made from a manila folder...it holds 6 note cards. I made one for my sons Preschool teacher last year...turned out really cute.
