to everyone in card swap #12. i had to drop out at the last minute because i was having major adhesive issues--my adhesive wasn't working! it was frustrating. my design was to punch many leaves in fall colors, crumple the up, and glue them willy-nilly to the card front. i gluesticked one leaf at a time to the card front and the next morning, leaves were falling everywhere! so i next used spray adhesive--next morning, same thing! grrr...i talked to my boss at the scrapbook store and she suggested that my use of textured cardstock and stiff, crumpled printed papers could have been at fault because of the lack of contact points between my base and my leaf cutouts. so what was happening was the glue would dry up but there were so few contact points, nothing stuck well. humidity could have also been a factor.
anyway, i am really really sorry! i hope you'll all swap with me again in the future!

this is my card: a few of the leaves fell off when i lifted it out of my scanner

Those are cute! Have you tried the Sticky Tape? I bet that would work on the leaves as it sticks to EVERYTHING when I am using it! Of course we will still swap with you. Life happens to us all at some time or another! :D

I was beginning to wonder where you had went. I tried to pm you and I haven't heard anything back.. so are you offically dropping out of #12?

We still love you and would have it any other way but to have you in these swaps. We are starting to talk about #14 so you can jump right in with this one. Can you believe it that it is #14 already?
Thanks for letting us know what is going on.

Smile we all love you!!!!!

No worries! This just goes to show how talented you really are, because even with all the problems the card IMO still looks great! You're being way to hard on yourself

I love it! Can we at least get some of those leaves? LOL I had the same problem with those darned glue sticks. I have been using these little adhesive squares I bought at Dollar General for $1 a box. They work GREAT! They are like double stick tape. I used hot glue on #13. I hope you can do another swaop with us. I think you had a cute idea and I know we all apprecieate you letting us know what's going on. Good luck!
