Some of the ladies were wondering if we could sticky a post with all of the neat paper crafting ideas and templates so we wouldn't have to dig back through posts six months from now if we needed an idea. So this is the place to put everything else that's not a scrapbook layout idea...there have been so many posted!!

Several people have emailed or pm'd me about the directions so I thought I would post them in a separate thread so it would be easier to locate.

Cut Cardstock 3" x 6". You should be able to get 8 of these out of a 12 x 12 sheet of cardstock! Stamp the whole piece on both sides, if you wish. Score at 3" in the middle.
On each end, make a mark where it measures at 1 1/2". Then score from the fold to the 1 1/2" mark all 4 ways. Then just fold the 4 diagonals inward, and fold it in half to make the box. Punch holes at the top through all 4 layers and thread a ribbon through. Hope this makes sense. I have attached a pic of the project before assembly so you have a better understanding of the instructions.

Cut Cardstock at 2 ½” x 9”. Stamp the whole piece on both sides, if you wish. Score at 3” and at 6” (or just flip and score 3” from each end).

Use the 1 ¼” Circle Punch to make the thumb half-circle. Also, use it to make an opening for the bottle neck by centering it so that it will hang over the bottle like a bib.

Use sticky strip to adhere sides to make a pocket for the Crystal Light Packet.

Attach to bottle to make a bib. Put Crystal Light inside the pocket.

Cut cardstock or paper at 1” x 3”. Stamp or decorate as you wish. Attach to bottom of microscope slide & seal all around the sides with foil tape (stained glass tape). Attach a magnet or pin to the back.

Cut cardstock or paper to fit around paint can and decorate as you wish. Use a firm adhesive to attach the cardstock or paper to the can and embellish as you like. I have found that Glear Gel Tacky Glue works best.

Accordian Book Card

Take 3 or more cards (any size) and alternate the folds so it open up nicely. Use a firm adhesive like Sticky Tape so it does not fall apart when opened over and over. I used five 3 x 3 cards since I wanted a way to make something creative with all the wallet photos I had.

Trace around composition book to make the covers for the book and cut a piece of cardstock to use as the binder. I embossed the snowflakes on the covers in various colors & sizes. To make the binding have the "worn look", I ran the cardstock completely under water and gently wrinkled the paper then dried it with the heating tool. I used twill tape attached with eyelets to make a tie closure to the book. These can also be made with the mini comp books. I made them as gifts last year at Christmas and they were a hit.

Treat Bag
Use any size/color bag you choose. Cut cardstock to cover the front & back of the bag with extra on the top to make handles. Decorate cardstock as you wish and cut out a handle with either a punch or some sort of cutting system. I attached the cardstock to the bag with stick strip because it will be a strong hold. You can stamp and embellish as you like. Super cute & easy to do.

Gum Holder
Remove the cardstock cover of the package of gum to use as your template. I have found that each brand is a little different in dimensions so best to just take apart the cover for sizing. I used a circle punch to make the half circles for accessing the gum. These would make good little additions to gifts and stocking stuffers!

Mini Purse Nugget Holder
Cut Cardstock 5" x 1 3/4". Score at 1 1/2", 2 1/2" & 5 ". Stamp cardstock on both sides if you wish. At the top of the purse, I cut from the middle to the sides to make a "V" and attached a plain color cardstock and made a layer for a smoother look. I punched two holes in the top and used ribbon to make a handle for the purse. I use adhesive to keep the nugget in place, but showed it peeking out so you could see the size of the mini purse. Great favors for a variety of parties and very little supplies needed!
