OK - So I got a cricut and am finally trying to get back into scrapbooking. All because of the cool gadget.

What do you use to glue down these teeny-tiny cricut letters? They are so thin, I am having a of trouble with them. I tried a glue stick and the letters and I both were globby with glue stick. I tried the tape runner - nope.

I am beginning to wonder if I made a big mistake? I got the thing because I am not really a sticker person and I love the titles and big letters/shapes. Help!!!

Go and get a xyron 150, the little "X" one. It's perfect for those cricut letters.

Get a Xyron--I have the little X one, it works great. I had a bigger one but its either hung up or boke--not sure. But the little one is great.

I don't have one (a cricut that is), but I tend to use glue dots on the smaller letters that I tend to use.

I've been a lurker for awhile on the scrapbook forum... thanks for all the great ideas girls Although, I felt I should echo the xyron 150 suggestion. I use it all the time. Plus, if you don't already have one, it is a very inexpensive addition to your scrapbooking gadgets. You can find them for about $10 at most craft stores, Wal-Mart, etc.

Fun to finally post on this forum.... maybe I'll get brave and try a challenge or crop sometime!

Please do! We would love to see your work!

And I will echo everyone too! The Xyron is the best!

Ditto on the Xyron X. I love it! For those of you who have never seen it. You put your letter or other small item into the X and pull it out, when it comes out it is a "sticker", there is adhesive all over the backside, you peel and stick. It is so great for little things!

well, I went out and bought one as soon as I got my tax money. I got home and found out that I bought the REFILL instead of the actual machine! LOL So I still don't have one but they really sound useful and $10 isn't bad at all!
