I normally do ~ but this last time I didn't. The only email I got was this morning saying Thank you for your order and that it shipped this morning. Gayle is the one who does all the contact ~ that's why I think it's small. If you got an email confirmation I would think that you should be OK. Again ~ I haven't ever had any troubles with them. I know that Stacey's problem started out because the product was on backorder or something ~ she got part of her order, but has had trouble getting the rest of it (I believe).
Sonja ~ I told Stacey this too, but there is a phone number on the website under the "info" area. It's not toll free, but may warrant a phone call since it's been so long. Sometimes things are better taken care on voice to voice instead of email to email  .
Sheila ~ I would give it at least 7-10 busniess day (as I mentioned before) before I got too worried. That's a pretty good length of time for most business' to get things out.
