I just ordered some stuff from bargain pack. I was wondering how long does it normally take to get your items? is it fast? It said it was coming air service whatever that means. LOL. Thanks

My order usually doesn't take too long but on this last order I placed it on 2/9 and haven't received it yet. I e-mailed them today so I'm hoping to hear from them soon. Other then that I love bargain pack.

I agree with Janie ~ usually it doesn't take too long ( I have actually ordered from her a lot). I also placed an order with her (on 2/13) and hadn't heard confirmation or anything until today when she shipped it. It seems that maybe she is running slightly slower than normal (maybe sick? vacation? presidents day?). I don't know how large her operation is but I don't think it's big (maybe just family owned run from home???).

I know that Stacey has been having some issues getting the remainder of some product from them (she ordered in Dec). But other than that, I haven't heard of trouble with them. However ~ I have to saying knowing that it does make me leary. I would say if you don't hear anything within 7-10 business days I would email them for sure!

I think that there might be something going on there. I hate to have you think it is bad but I place a Gift Certificate order in on January 24th and heard from her Jan 27th to ask where to send it and haven't heard from her or recieved it yet. Maybe it is different for GC but this was for my SSS!!!! Needless to say I had to get her something else but I am getting a little frustrated after trying to contact 3 more times.
I hope that this is not the case for you because they really are pretty great over there!

Now I am nervous! I ordered alot of stuff. I recieved an email last night from someone named gayle saying Thank you for your order we will get it processed and sent as soon as possible or something like that. Hopefully I won't have problems. I hope everyone gets there goodies soon. Kelli, Did you get an email when you placed your order?

So I was wrong. It was SARA that posted about the piggy tales book! Sorry lol. Did you get one is it cool?

I normally do ~ but this last time I didn't. The only email I got was this morning saying Thank you for your order and that it shipped this morning. Gayle is the one who does all the contact ~ that's why I think it's small. If you got an email confirmation I would think that you should be OK. Again ~ I haven't ever had any troubles with them. I know that Stacey's problem started out because the product was on backorder or something ~ she got part of her order, but has had trouble getting the rest of it (I believe).

Sonja ~ I told Stacey this too, but there is a phone number on the website under the "info" area. It's not toll free, but may warrant a phone call since it's been so long. Sometimes things are better taken care on voice to voice instead of email to email .

Sheila ~ I would give it at least 7-10 busniess day (as I mentioned before) before I got too worried. That's a pretty good length of time for most business' to get things out.

I noticed that both times I ordered, it has taken about a week before I got something from paypal saying it was mailed. Then two days later it came.I do have a question about my order though but it may be my fault. Oh, and as for the question I asked about the eyelet bags, they were totally different the second time.
