I want to make the invitations for my sister's bridal shower in June and I'm looking for ideas. I think the theme is going to be orchids so I'm looking for any and all ideas on how to make them. I want them to be very unique. Here are a couple options:
  • I have taken beautiful pictures of orchids at our local botanical garden and could make prints of them to incorporate into the cards.
  • I have a friend who was a Close to My Heart consultant and likely has orchid stamps that I can use.
  • I could use clipart to make them but I'd rather not if I don't have to.
Thanks in advance!!!

Bridal invitations are always so hard for me but I was thinking if there is a way, could you some how incorporate some dried flowers into the card. May with some clear adhesive or a shadow box type thing? I know what I am picturing but don't know how to describe it.....that doesn't help you does it?
Good luck. I think that a stamp on a pretty colored backgroound paper would be nice too.

I think a stamp would look really good. Or use your photo with some vellum over it to soften it and type the info one the vellum....
