Okay, do you guys ever see someone you used to date or had a crush on in HIGH SCHOOL and still get jealous. Like, I don't want him but why do things work out for other people and never for me. I made the mistake of looking up people on MySpace and there's a girl that I graduated with who has the same name as me and a wedding picture of her with the guy I used to sorta date. Aggh! I'm not married. She has a Masters in Ed. I barely have a Assoc. We have the same name and I see we both have a son with the SAME name! I try hard not to look at stuff like this because it just punishes me but now I'm feeling really insecure about my life. I have been anyway and this just iced the cake....

Whenever I feel like this I remind myself of all the wonderful things about my life. I have a healthy family a warm home and great friends. No matter how much we have there will always be someone with a little more. So what! Never let another person determine your self worth. There is nothing wrong with your life!

Don't let it bring you down. I know easier said than done. But you NEVER know what is going on behind the scenes. "Don't judge a book by it's cover".

You are only hurting yourself NOT her, and you are letting HER get the best of you. Don't do it!!

You are wonderful and you have your own accomplishments!! I know it is hard, but do NOT compare yourself to someone else! That is why we are all different!

I agree remind yourself what you do have. Yes I have done this and I have also looked up people on myspace and saw there seemingly perfect lives.

Chin up Alicia! I have done so myself at times too but you just gotta look at the positive things in your like (like what everyone else said). Spending time worrying about the what if's is just waisted energy. Use your energy to do things and think of things that you do have!

Thanks guys! I'll keep trying to remind myself. I do have THE cutest kids in the world and I try to do the best with what I have. I am also trying to see where I need to improve and do it. I love to think of things to do with the kids but rarelty do them. I have started to motivate myself to do those things because they are the most important thing in my life Thanks for the support!!
